The Campesino Committee of the Highlands (CCDA) produces fantastic lots of simple, delightfully consistent coffee, which is why this Guatemalan has become a staple for us.
This is a clean washed coffee grown at 1600 to 2000 meters. It's incredibly smooth and sweet, with just a hint of wildberries that shines at the finish. This coffee is brought in by Vancouver-based volunteer group BC CASA that works in solidarity with human rights and community organizations in Guatemala.
