This 100% Tabi lot is as floral and fun as you can get in a Colombian coffee. It's grown by Yamid Quinayas and his family, who our sourcing partners have worked with and purchased coffee from for many, many years. Michelle's words are that the Quinayas family is "dear to our hearts," as they are isolated both cuturally and geographically from the specialty coffee producing community in Huila, while still maintaining excellent farming practices and top notch infrastructure.
This coffee was sourced by our friends at Shared Source. Michelle & Andrew, with their staff, do an excellent job with providing pricing transparency and develop lifelong relationships with their farming partners, which is why we love to work with them. Yamid & his family are an excellent example of this, as this generational coffee family has been working alongside Shared Source for years, actively pursuing better lots and continuing to grow fabulous coffees. We’re extremely fortunate to have this coffee back for the 3rd year in a row.
