One of our favourite Kenya's we've ever sourced, this coffee is intensely sweet, and has deep red-wine like characteristics in it's acidity.Varietals: SL 28, SL 34
Region: Nyeri county
Altitude: 1700-1800 MASL
Processing: Timely and selectively hand picked at the Berco estate. Cherries are sorted at the mill before it is pulped, separating the red, ripe cherries from the unripe and foreign objects. The wet processing uses clean river water, and then afterwards, raised tables are used for sun-drying before delivering to the dry mill for secondary processing.
