Ethiopia Naga Singage
Notes of tropical fruit, black current, light finish.
Yirgacheffe is the fabled coffee region in the south west of Ethiopia, known for it's complex and unique notes found in cups from this region. Naga Singage is a classic example of this, with tropical fruit notes singing through even from the first smell of the coffee. This coffee was processed at the recently redeveloped Aricha washing station, but this coffee is named after the the Naga Singage mountain, which looms over the station that the Wogida river runs nearby. Singing Gedeo women stirring parchment and coffee cherries is the soundtrack to this scene.
This coffee was sourced in partnership with our friends at Trabocca, based in the Netherlands.
