Description
Description
Jeremias farms is in the vereda of Buenos Aires outside of La Unión, Nariño at about 1950MASL. It's on just 2 hectares of land - half of which is planted with Geisha, and the other half with Yellow Bourbon. A fun fact about his farm? Those Geisha trees which take up half his land, started with seeds from non other than Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama, all the way back in 2009! This is an aerobically fermented lot, that’s then just partially washed before being dried in his parabolic dryer.
The Lasso Family are multi - time COE winners in from Colombia, and are probably some of the most reputable producers in Nariño. We actually have Geisha Lots from Jeremias Sister, Raquel, & her husband, Carlos, at the roastery currently which will be released a little later this year in a husband / wife pack jar pack! We're super excited to have the Lasso family back.
This is a primary example of the types of individuals Shared Source chooses to work alongside with. We're super grateful to have been able to purchase this super small and limited lot, and we think it's a stunner!!
