Mulish is a fabulous washing station we first purchased from in 2017. Situated deep in the Guji zone, where the mineral rich forest climate produces some absolutely fabulous coffees, this coffee is a newer take on the more traditional, famously complex Guji Ethiopian coffees. Lots brought to Mulish are made up from about 880 smallholder producers working on an average size plot of about 4HA. Most of the growers are small families, who then all bring their coffee to the washing station to create this lot.
This coffee was sourced in partnership with our friends at Trabocca, based in the Netherlands. Trabocca is one of the premier sourcing partners with established multi faceted relationships based in Ethiopia, and one of the global leaders of sourcing from this region. This coffee is fully traceable, directly through Trabocca's channels. We are proud to have Mulish back after a 3 year break!
